Shipping Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information at the time of purchase, including apartment numbers, door numbers, staircases, or any other required delivery details.

Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, Calmibara reserves the right to:

  • require payment of additional shipping fees before reshipment;

  • deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and handling fees from any eligible refund; or

  • cancel the order and issue a partial refund excluding incurred shipping and logistics costs.

Failure to Respond: If a customer does not respond to our attempts to contact them regarding an undeliverable shipment within a reasonable period of time, we reserve the right to treat the order as abandoned and resolve the matter in accordance with these Terms and our Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates only. Calmibara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Return Shipping: Except where required by law or where the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within a reasonable period after delivery and provide photographic evidence where requested. Our primary remedy may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
