Refund and Return Policy – Calmibara
At Calmibara, we strive for excellence. To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, our return process is governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

The item must be in perfect, resaleable condition with all tags attached.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we are committed to making it right.

Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you. * Refunds are not typically issued for defective items unless a replacement is unavailable.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us at thecalmibara@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned once the seal is broken. We also do not accept returns for:

Customized or personalized products.

Sale items or gift cards.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must remain unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition as stated in Section 1.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved (meaning the item is unopened and in perfect condition), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction.
